APPLICANT'S TRADE REFERENCES (Minimum Requirements = 3 Current for Stores or 2 for Trade Services)

  • The Applicant hereby applies to have a 30 day Credit Account opened in the Applicant's name with Rolltrak Spares Pty Ltd ACN 137 583 021 as trustee for Rolltrak Unit Trust trading as Rolltrak Spares (ABN 61 633 046 106) at U1-14 Pitt Way BOORAGOON WA 6154 upon the Schedule: Terms & Conditions listed at www.rolltrakspares.com.
  • The Applicant declares that all the information supplied by them is true & correct in every respect.
  • This Application is signed as a Deed and read in accordance with the Schedule: Terms & Conditions listed at www.rolltrakspares.com.
  • No Variations or modifications to the Schedule: Terms & Conditions listed at www.rolltrakspares.com are permitted.
  • Cash A/c facilities using established EFT procedures are available upon enquiry to our Accounts Manager.

APPLICATIONS FOR 30 DAY CREDIT ACCOUNT

The following criteria is required for processing of 30 day Credit Account applications:

  • Store Owner Applicants must have a registered retail store environment, where retail customers have free access and must be prepared to carry stock (various levels apply).
  • Trade Services Contractors must be Industry related in the fields covered by Rolltrak Spares Pty Ltd products.
  • Acceptance or otherwise of applicant will be notified together with their Credit Limit & any additional requirements.

INVOICING

  • Customers should provide Order Numbers when ordering and should clearly indicate their preferred freight carrier. Rolltrak Spares Pty Ltd provides an overnight air service for metro and 2-3 day priority air service for non-metro. A copy invoice accompanies each purchase.
  • Monthly Statements of Account are Emailed and payment should be received within the prescribed time as set out in the Terms & Conditions listed at www.rolltrakspares.com.

CREDIT CLAIMS (e.g. Goods being returned/offered for credit)

  • Any goods returned for credit outside the period specified in clause 9 of the Terms & Conditions listed at www.rolltrakspares.com will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price for the goods on returning any non-defective goods.
  • All products returned for credit must be in original Rolltrak Spares Pty Ltd packaging and be of merchantable quality . These goods must be returned with the original purchase invoice No. (e.g. copy of invoice).
  • Accepted goods returned will only be credited against the original purchase invoice number . Transport &/or freight charges will not be credited . Credit notes when issued will appear on monthly account statements.
  • Goods returned for claim, damaged due to inadequate packing, freight damage or with parts missing, damaged or replaced, other than the original products supplied by Rolltrak Spares Pty Ltd will not be processed for credit. Return of all products is at the Applicant's risk and expense. We suggest that before returning any goods you should first contact Rolltrak Spares Pty Ltd.
  • All Stores should adequately check and investigate all goods returned by their customers/consumers before offering or transacting credit. They should ensure that the products are the original equipment as supplied, are in unused condition and are packaged in original Rolltrak Spares Pty Ltd packaging.
  • Rolltrak Spares Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any return or offers for credit claims. Goods will not be credited until they have been received into Rolltrak Spares Pty Ltd store and reviewed/assessed for claim.

DEFINITIONS

Wherever used throughout this Application & the Terms & Conditions listed at www .rolltrakspares.com, "You" means the Applicant, "Guarantors" means the parties listed as Guarantors above. We and Us means Rolltrak Spares Pty Ltd as listed at A above.
